Support for Flexvolume in 1.6

Kubernetes 1.6 introduces significant changes in the Flexvolume driver API. This MR provides support for the new API (and only the new API). See ref. in Openshift doc and Kubernetes

The MR includes remounting CVMFS Docker volumes at startup from !15 (closed), without this CVMFS is not functional if the docker-volume-cvmfs container restarts for any reason.
