[DQM/DC] Create a golden & muon json for pp Collisions only

This MR updates the sync_from_eos_dqm_dc.sh Golden json creation functionality to create both a Golden and Muon JSON every time it runs.

It is also only taking into consideration CollisionsXX directories.

Initially an MR for expanding the golden JSON creation to special datataking periods (pO, OO, HI), it was abandoned after discussion with @ctarrico. The functionality to detect the special suffixes is kept, in case it's useful in the future.
