Clarify the target selection around muons

We should disentangle what can/should be done with photons very close (

$\Delta R$

) to muons:

• Are they mostly prompt or brem?
• Do we want to merge them with the muons? (and study interplay with the Rochester correction)
• Study isolation: remove or redefine (caveat: don't really want to recompute SFs)
• ...
