• Minor modifications of mkFastSimTestSample.sh (somehow, $arch was unset at some point)
• Updating .gitlab-ci.yml to run with apptainer
• Includes a dry-run mode for mkNtuples

clang-format CI is configure to allow failures because we don't necessarily want to block a MR just for the style (we may not always have the time to address such things). However, currently it fails for a more fundamental reason:

/scripts-47884-42480741/step_script: line 170: git-clang-format: command not found

I have changed to images found on Linux @ CERN, but perl seems missing.
