Adapting the framework to produce Run 3 n-tuples (starting with 2024)

The main goal of this MR is to prepare the n-tupliser for an inclusive jet cross section measurement with 2024 data. I have also adapted the code for the MET filters, otherwise the logic in Ntupliser_cfg.py would get unnecessarily complex.

  • JetID
  • EDAnalyzer (fix #71 (closed))
  • adapt Python config file (missing MET bits, see TWiki)
  • adapt mkNtuples (essentially missing a mechanism to find out which image to use)
  • adapt N-tupliser (a priori nothing to do)
  • making 3rd cutoff in applyPUcleaning more flexible
