Removing deprecated cut in `applyMClumi`

Removing an ancient cut off to remove high-scale events, which was necessary for EOY16 analyses but is no longer justified for later ReRecos. This cut affects the use of TTree friends, since some events are removed from the n-tuple, yielding unphysical cross sections.
