adding script for cc7
This script is sufficient to produce a FastSim sample by running the following:
cc7 $DAS_BASE/CMSSW_BASE/src/Core/Ntupliser/test/mkFastSimTestSample.sh blahI was also able to install CMSSW_10_6_30, which will be needed when we decide to backport the n-tupliser to that version.
