PU cleaning + setting up pipeline

• Fix instructions to use LFS
• Remove deprecated tables
• Add pipeline (a priori this has nothing to see with PU cleaning, but the additional safeties applied on the whole group imply that a pipeline must be set and successful + I was too lazy to make another MR)
