Adding trigger threshold for 2017 RunC and RunH FSQ sample

The FSQ Jet samples from two different eras(RunC and RunH) in 2017 used different trigger menus, and there is a significant difference in their luminosities. two separate triggerlumi.info files has been created for each of them.

I was expecting like 200/pb of data... ?

Do we need to update the README.md?
