adding trigger thresholds for AK4

Used brilcalc to calculate the ak4 trigger thresholds. Command used: brilcalc lumi --normtag /cvmfs/cms-bril.cern.ch/cms-lumi-pog/Normtags/normtag_PHYSICS.json -u /pb -i /afs/desy.de/user/a/asingla/public/2018UL.json --hltpath HLT_PFJet40_v* Here the 2018UL.json is the sum of all eras' (A to D) processedLumis.json files. The processedLumis.json was obtained by running crab report on the crab output directory for each era.
