Update PDF/Scale weight name

Jie Xiao requested to merge PDF_Scale_weight_rename into master

Change the PDF/Scale weight name: LHEPdfWeight -> weight_LHEPdf, and LHEScaleWeight -> weight_LHEScale. The names are consistent with the FlashggFinalfit
