Resolve "Adapt fiducial taggers to iso of GenPart"

Computation of the fiducial phase space with the new GenPart_iso branch in NanoAOD. The possibility of using the GenIsolatedPhoton collection is kept in case the GenPart_iso branch is not included in the version of NanoAOD in use.
