Added automatic retry of failed (lxplus) condor jobs + gen-level computation only when MC

Added automatic retry of failed (lxplus) condor jobs which failed due to errors during the env setup (https://batchdocs.web.cern.ch/workarounds/job-retry.html) and compute fiducial flags and gen-level PTH and YH only when MC dataset is considered.
