Add DasAnalysisSystem

feature/DasAnalysisSystem into master

This adds muon_sf tests for DasAnalysisSystem.

Caveats:

  • The pipeline code is admittedly a bit hacky
  • 2016 ntuplisation is broken because of triggers
  • Only 2024 is currently supported for Run 3, but we don't have official corrections to test yet

I'll wait until https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-analysis/general/analysis_recipes/-/pipelines/11624959 finishes before merging.
