Customisable NanoAOD decorations

Fixes https://gitlab.cern.ch/cp3-cms/bamboo/issues/37 (this allows writing a small class that ignores some systematic variations, if there's a case for that).

More or less what I proposed in https://gitlab.cern.ch/cp3-cms/bamboo/merge_requests/91 , ready for testing.

Still to be done: converge on an interface for passing these to decorateNanoAOD (should the lists of expected groups/containers also be passed by the user?), and documentation (update of existing addToCalc, and some instructions about using this for customising the decorators).
