Combined lumi for Run2, photon trigger, medium complexity btagging

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to add the following names to the repository:

    lumi_13TeV_161718_total:
        description: 'Total luminosity uncertainty for the 13TeV pp data in 2016, 2017, and 2018.'
        add_db:
            <<: *run2lumi
            era: ['2016', '2017', '2018']

    CMS_eff_g_trigger:
        description: 'photon trigger efficiency uncertainty for all years'
