The new base images include a few different changes:

Update to doxygen version 1.9.8
Add man pages
Devel images: Add coloured prompt incl. git branch, exit code & command duration
CentOS7: Update to git 2.27. Add clang-format and clang-tidy.
Alma 8: Add include-what-you-use
