Relax error thresholds of the MP7 port CRC mismatch & misalignment metrics

This merge request resolves issue #20 (closed) - i.e. it relaxes the error threshold for the MP7 port "CRC mismatch" and "alignment error" counters so that these metrics are only flagged as 'in error' when the counters are overflowing.
