Migrate to triggersupervisor v5.0.0
This merge request migrates the repo and source code to TS v5.0.0, specifically:
- CI : dockerfiles changed from YUM installation of TS to building on top of TS docker container
- CI : Removed
yum updatecommands from dockerfiles - Update namespaces & include paths used for
candelaandjsoncpp
