Scripts Modification for adding drop WriterProxyT support and CMSSW_12_3_2

  • implement drop option (to initialize the correct WriterProxyT objs)

  • clean up old commented out code

  • new rpms don’t enable the latest release any more, only ships the new scripts and the switch needs to be done manually (or with a ci/cd job)

  • fixes in UpdateScripts.sh to support any rpm release and not only 1.1.xxx

  • CMSSW 12_3_2 scripts
