Algo FSM runner script: Add --var option

Since it's present in the other FSM runner scripts, it would be useful to also have the --var flag in the algo FSM runner script.

Request from @ejclemen - specifically he wanted to set the tx offset when running some HGcal algo tests, in order to be able to use the same config when repeating test with an EMP null algo bitfile for comparison.
