Link test FSM runner script: check status of optical modules

Related to #18 (closed). Adds a function to check the status of all connected optical modules (in addition to the connected processors) and displays the results in table format.

Also fixes a small bug in system.py which prevented the Tx optics from being included in the set of optical modules.
