Cosmetic fixes to command-line output

Tom Williams requested to merge cosmetic-fixes into master
  • Updated display of durations: 2 significant figures if < 10 seconds, else rounded to 0 decimal places
  • Changed colour of command messages (grey to blue), so taht easier to read in webpages for GitLab CI jobs
