Switch to global profile and pythonrc

Clemens Lange requested to merge global_profile into master

Instead of putting the profile files in the user's home directory, we move them into /etc. Files in /etc/profile.d/ are picked up when starting a new shell.

We also update the prompt: Fixes #41 (closed)

We update the CC7 image and move from C8 to CS8 (should be transparent).
