Save data from manual threshold scan
Save data from manual threshold scan as json, and script to remake2D-Histograms as in test_ETROC.py. Can either supply the filepath for the json or the module id and timestamp associated with the run, and the script mts_parser.py
will produce 2D-histograms regarding baselines and noisewidths derived from the manual threshold scan.
