Enable current source functionality for lpGBT ADCs (currently implemented for DAQ ADC 7 "RT1" and DAQ ADC 0 "VTRX TH"), and includes an updated temperature calculation using the new thermistor NTCG063JF103FTB (see #47 (closed), #55 (closed)). Still needs some work on VTRX temperature calculation.
