Updated framework for Run2022

• Added config file with updated selections to be used as reference: https://gitlab.cern.ch/fernanpe/spark_tnp/-/blob/master/configs/muon_pog_official_EarlyRun3_Z.json
• Added registry with runs BCD and DY parquet paths, and their corresponding luminosity from the golden json: https://gitlab.cern.ch/fernanpe/spark_tnp/-/blob/master/data/registry_muon_Z_generalTracks.json#L796-859
• Added pileup files obtained from our merged RunBCD and DY_madgraph ntuples (to be updated by central distributions when available): https://gitlab.cern.ch/fernanpe/spark_tnp/-/tree/master/pileup
• Some minor changes to be able to run over the "Run2022" tag
