Several further developments on Automatization tool

Sergio Blanco Fernandez requested to merge sblancof/spark_tnp:Automatization into Automatization

This PR intends to improve the performance of different parts of the code:

  • The MuonValidation module is improved to be able to apply scale factors to the Monte Carlo simulations

  • Additionally, the code is modified in such a way that different MC samples can be used for the same plot. The additional MC samples are defined in validation["samples"]

  • A Trigger matching is also implemented for the leading muon of the Data/MC comparisons. Matched to HLT_IsoMu24.

  • Fix a small issue on install scripts

  • Fix the bug on duplicated muon variable of the TnP ntuples

  • Add the number of primary vertices to the ntuples

  • Fix a small issue in the fitter.py to run fits in standalone way
