Draft: Adding snapshot with variations + fixing Range

Adding preliminary support for having a RDF Snapshot with Vary'ed quantities (https://github.com/root-project/root/issues/20320). Some issues are still being figured out with the ROOT team, so keeping as draft for now.

Also, the way the Range Flow is initialized, self.expr will always be a string, since we ask for repr. This fixes that as well.
