Draft: Try to merge in Piero's changes

This should match what's in @pviscone's branch except for keeping also ROOT-based plotting and a few code fixes.

The changes from @pviscone wrt the current CMGRDF master are:

  • add AliasCollection flow step
  • add support for 3D histograms
  • add support for weighted plots
  • add Dummy (like Marker but doesn't show up in the graph)
  • update php plots to a newer version that supports
  • move DistRDF out of Experimental for ROOT >= 6.36
  • lxdask_worker_submit: add --accountingGroup and --toTransfer options
  • support for globbing on xrootd paths (needs the python xrootd libraries)
  • support for das queries in dataset names (for compatibility with Pietro's code until that one is updated to use CMGRDF.cms.DASSource for those applications), and for cropping a list of file by defining a slice
