Fix setup

There are some missing dependencies, I've added them to the README.md and also created a requirements.txt file to simplify installation. These are indirect dependencies via RhApi but still needed for setup.

Since lots of people are using zsh, I fixed the setup command to be compatible with both bash and zsh.

I also fixed some typos and added a general title.
