Modification of ITModules to include upload of 3D Modules in the database

ITModules.py has been modified to include the possibility that 3D modules are uploaded to the database, considering that two 3D bare modules can be attached to the same 3D module. The modification should concern only 3D IT modules, having a condition in front. Two modules have been uploaded, a 3D and a Double to verify it.
