Adapt to new JetLepMetSyst

Making sure all modules are compatible with passing the year to the JetLepMetSyst class in MR.

@jleonhol I see here that we are running into some "history issues" because the MRs are merged in a non-fast-forward mode, so now I have 9 commits instead of just one. I think this is a good example of why we might want to have the following setting changes for all repos:

  • settings --> merge requests --> "Fast-forward merge"
  • settings --> merge requests --> Squash commits when merging --> "Do not allow"
