Fix Jet ID update

MR Description

This MR is necessary to solve the issue reported in cclubbtautau/AnalysisCore#53 (closed) and in https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-nanoAOD/jsonpog-integration/-/issues/35.

As the fix from the POG has no timeline set, this MR introduces the suggested basic selection of pt>200GeV for FatJets to avoid segmentation violations during running.

MR Validation

The MR has been validated jointly by @jmotta and @mchiusi, running several PreprocessRDF jobs with the new fix.
