Update NBA to work with all other packages modifications

This MR modifies the NBA framework to work with the modifications introduced by these three MRs:

  • redefinition of runPeriod attribute MR!2
  • new code locations for correctionlib wrapper and filters MR!6
  • keep prefiring in Base/Modules instead of Event/Filters MR!1

The pipeline checks fail because all other MRs have not been merged yet; nevertheless, all modifications have been tested locally and are fully operational, and compatible with both Run2 and Run3 analyses.
