Update tau SFs

MR Description

This MR updates the paths of the tau SFs to pick the latest recommendations from the TAU POG. The new correctionlib files have been produced by Lucas Russell (of the H->ττ CP analysis team) and have been blessed by the TAU POG.

MR Validation

Run a production of MC signal samples and all worked well. (Analysis validation in terms of Data/MC agreement will come at a later stage).
