Full compatibility

This MR makes the TAU Corrections fully compatible with Run-2 and Run-3 recommendations.

The naming issues reported in Issue!2 are not directly dealt with here but they are dealt with at the analysis configuration level to ensure full flexibility (see issue thread for discussion).
