Draft: DAQPATH test

Guido Magazzu requested to merge dtc-mini-daqpath-slink into master

DAQPATH test with 16 input links and 4 output links. Following options foreseen:

  1. data from/to IPBUS FIFOs
  2. data from/to EMP buffers
  3. data from LinkInterface modules and to SLINK modules
