Rerun SCETlib+DYTurbo corr with full samples stats+fixed tau stat combo

Kenneth David Long requested to merge kelong/wremnants-data:higherStatScetlib into master
  • Produce correction file by processing the full samples for W
  • fix bug where the tau samples were combined in such a way to degrade the stat uncertainty of the muon samples rather than improving it.

Should be a small impact. Comparison plots here:
