Periodic merge with OT

  • Working optical link !!! though sometimes we lose locking, it's really working
  • Updated Monitoring configuration procedure from XML file: now we can specify which variable we want to monitor
  • Multithreading for IT decoding working nicely (I think we gain ~10% of the time)
  • Minor bug fixes (for instance with SYNC-FE)
