New library libPh2_Tracker.so containing the class TrackerEvent to generate the Phase-2 Tracker data format and ParamSet to manage condition data (and others) parameters. dataset -r option to playback a raw file generated by the GlibStreamer dataset -c option to specify a parameter file. Those parameter files are compatible with those used to configure condition data in the GlibStreamer
