SSA2 hybrid fix - allow tuning of offsets/measuring S-curves/backend alignment for hybrids with SSA2

Changes made to SSA2Interface, D19cFWInterface, BackEndAlignment to allow hybrid testing routines to run successfully on the SSA2 PS-FEHs. Tested the readout of the SSA2/SSA1 counter information over the stub lines, and now the method is integrated into our firmware interface and in principle can also be used for MaPSA testing.
