SSA and MPA S-Curves

This merge request fixes the S-Curve measurement for PS module. It allows measurement of S-Curves simultaneously on both MPAs and SSAs. It also includes a minor fix for multi-link readout where the L1 data readout has been moved after the L1 word alignment of all optical groups
