Periodic merge with OT

Mauro Dinardo requested to merge cmsinnertracker/Ph2_ACF:myDev into Dev

Besides the periodic merge with OT, I've also:

  • fixed few bugs that show up with OTS-DAQ compiler
  • changes the setup.sh and CMakeLists in order to be able to use a local BOOST and a local EUDAQ
