Now that cmsph2_tcusb!5 (merged) was merged, I've updated the TC_USB reference to be the HEAD of that package which is a60e057b2c4f4603cdc6b42e300ad07de132cd81. This should fix the al9 tests that use TC_USB. (Fingers crossed.)
