ADC control tables

Irene Zoi requested to merge izoi/Ph2_ACF:MPA2_readADC into Dev
  • Fixed some bugs in the MPA2 ADC control table: wrong block-shift pairs where assigned to some registers
  • Moved the table from inside the ReadADC function to the XXA2Interface.h for both SSA2 and MPA2
