Merge for multi link hybrid testing

  • Some more changes for the hybrids test system

  • Code to read lpgbt id (also in case of redundant storage in the production Asics)

  • The link lock is now checked for all links in the settings file (as before), but as long as one link locks the routine will continue with all that are locked. Uses a query.
