ADC calibration using bandgap for PSv2.1

  • Implemented the ADC calibration using the bandgap for both SSA2 & MPA2 as discussed here
  • Added summary plots of calibration procedure
  • Also changed SSA2 ADC_VREF default value in SSA2.txt
  • CLK TO SSA2 INVERTED (0)
  • FNAL TB/module specific bandgap values commented. This part will change in the future anyway
