fixing CPB worker operation and PS-v1 xml file

Please keep the wait time in the CPB Worker interface as it is. Otherwise its operation is corrupted and an "CPB stuck" error will be thrown as the Worker will not be done performing the configuration task, in particular for MPAs where a lot of registers need to be configured.
