Changes from PSv2 / v2.1 testbeam

  • Added back or checked several settings in PS XML that were implemented for v1 but not checked/updated for new versions.
  • Separated XMLs for PSv2 & PSv2.1 so no changes in the code are needed and stubs can be found
  • Expanded the TestPulseCheck tool to do both analog and digital injection also for SSA(2)s such that stubs can be formed
  • Added option to only partially reconfigure the module in Ph2_ACF or OTSDAQ to keep stubs when found
  • some smaller miscellanea encountered in the process
